Tim has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. As Managing Director of MOMENI Group, he brings extensive expertise in sustainability-driven, innovative real estate and asset management. Previously, he held various executive positions at JLL and Prologis, where he served as VP Operations, Projects & Sustainability Europe. As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Architect and Real Estate Economist (EBS), he combines deep industry knowledge with a strategic investment perspective.
With over €150 million in realized exit returns from entrepreneurial and investment activities, Manfred Heid combines experience from developing technology concepts with a strong investment track record. He co-founded BitStone Capital – one of the leading Real Estate and ConstructionTech venture capital platforms in Europe – and later established Realyze Ventures, the successor fund focused on scalable technologies driving process efficiency, decarbonization, and superior returns.
Stefan brings in more than 25 years of experience in the building technology and housing industry. He is the CDO (Chief Technology Officer) of the GC group, the leading European HVAC wholesaler. He has an extensive track record in investing in company building projects and start-ups investment. He held various CEO and advisory roles in the start area within the housing industry.
David has over 10 years of experience in innovation, digitalization, and sustainability in real estate. He previously served as Director of MOMENI Ventures, one of Germany’s leading privately owned real estate companies, started his careers at PwC in strategy and organization consulting, and was responsible for new business models and innovation as Head of Digital Experience at SIGNA. Throughout his career, he has evaluated over 750 startups and successfully executed more than 60 innovation-driven projects. He holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading and a B.Sc. in Management and Economics from the University of Innsbruck. In addition to his work, he holds a lecture on Venture Capital at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Kai is a technology expert and has extensive experience as well as know-how as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Before founding and managing BitStone Capital, he was a board member of various listed companies and a fintech venture capital company. Moreover, he used to be a founder himself in the communications industry.
Akin is a fund and transaction management expert. He gained extensive experience through several positions in the real estate industry, M&A and venture capital. Akin graduated from Fresenius – University of applied Science in Business Administration.
Daniel is an experienced investment manager as well as PropTech and monetization expert. Prior to his work for Realyze Ventures he led interdisciplinary teams and developed digital business models and monetization strategies as a Manager at Simon-Kucher & Partners. He graduated from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in International Business.
Marnix is an Investment Manager at Realyze Ventures. He holds a degree from Cologne Business School and brings a multi-faceted background in digital transformation and venture capital to the team. Before entering the VC ecosystem in 2020, Marnix specialized in digitalization consulting within the automotive and banking sectors. He subsequently focused on building digital business models for corporate clients. Prior to joining Realyze, he played a key role in establishing an early-stage venture capital fund, where he led pre-seed and seed investments across the InsurTech, FinTech, and Health sectors.
Matthias joined the team as an investment analyst. He studied Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University and Aalto University, Finland. In addition to his studies, Matthias was involved in a social entrepreneurship project and gained practical investment experience at an early-stage VC fund.
Johanna manages Realyze Ventures’s external communication, from brand and content strategy to public relations and social media. She combines strategic thinking with a strong foundation in data and storytelling.
Johanna holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and an M.Sc. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Analytics from Goethe University Frankfurt, including study periods at Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon and the University of Western Australia in Perth.
Thomas is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in banking and management consulting. He is also an active business angel with over 40 investments, and he founded the Rotonda Investor Office for comprehensive market and investment support services in 2017.
Michael Stephan brings over two decades of expertise in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and law, with a strong track record in the fintech and digital real estate sectors. He has successfully managed and directed significant financial and market operations, demonstrating exceptional leadership in strategic development and team management. Michael’s passion lies in the foundation, building and growing innovative businesses.

Michael Kokorniak has over 25 years of experience as a founder and software entrepreneur, expanding his company from a Berlin startup to a global corporation in aviation digitalization and decarbonization. Now, he works as an investor and consultant in various technology sectors.
As the founder of The Mulberry Ventures, Christopher Lohmann supports innovative companies and venture funds with a focus on digitalization in insurance, global talent sourcing to address skill shortages, and modern organizational models, providing tailored support from consulting to financing, using his 24-year experience in the European insurance industry.

Michél-Philipp Maruhn is an entrepreneur, business angel, and the founder and host of the DIGITALWERK Podcast, one of Germany’s leading formats on entrepreneurship, construction, real estate, mobility, and energy. Before launching DIGITALWERK, he built and led VIVRE CONCEPT Groupe as CEO, overseeing real-estate development and construction services, and co-founded ROOBEO, a Berlin-based tech platform for material procurement in the construction industry. As a former competitive triathlete, he brings a strong performance mindset to driving digital transformation across the built-world ecosystem.
Matthias Leube is the Founder of Ecouity GmbH and serves on the Supervisory Board of neoshare AG, where he previously held the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Before that, he was CEO & Head of Capital Markets Germany at Colliers, leading major real-estate advisory, capital-markets and transaction mandates. He brings deep expertise across institutional real estate, digitalisation and capital markets.
Constantin Eis is CEO of CMBlu Energy, leading the company’s scale-up in organic solid-flow battery technology and industrial production. Prior to CMBlu, he held senior leadership roles including CEO of LichtBlick, CFO & Director at Tailwind International, and Co-Founder & Managing Director Europe at Casper. Earlier in his career, he served on the Management Board of home24 as CFO.
Prof. Dr. Alexander von Erdély is Chairman of the Executive Board (Vorstandssprecher) at Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA), Germany’s federal real-estate agency. He brings extensive leadership experience from his previous role as CEO Germany at CBRE GmbH.
