Addressing shortage of craftsmen

The shortage of skilled workers is hitting the construction and real estate industry hard and poses major challenges for the industry in course of the energy transition and decarbonization. We believe that the shortage can be addressed in two fundamental ways: We need to bring more new skilled workers into the trades and we need to make the craftsmen more productive, efficient and effective. That is why we invest in business models that address either sides.
